The Forbidden Royals Trilogy continues. Emilia is looking forward to new difficulties. Easy to read the story. It testifies about my reading time. In this section we could have a deeper insight into the life of the kingdom, and the dangers of the reign. The story is accompanied by tension, fear and desire.

In this section Emilia suffers from several injuries emotionally and physically. Her attraction to Carter is undeniable, but she tries to fight against this. She has to face the challenge. Among these there are some that she enjoys, and some that she doesn't. It's hard to find herself in this new world.

I would love to read more... but the pages were run out. It was a very entertaining story. I've got some new fav characters, such as Galizia and Chloe. I didn't like the latter in the previous section so much.

The END! It was awesome. I hope to read the next part soon.

A story, which captivates you, crushes you and then strengthens you again. Congratulations Julie, you created a gigantic story.

Folytatódik a The Forbidden Royals Trilógia, Emilia újabb nehézségek elé néz. A történet olvastatja magát, ami az olvasási időmön is látszik. Ebben a részben mélyebben is betekinthettünk egy királyság életébe, és az uralkodással járó veszélyekbe is. Feszültség, félelem és vágy kíséri végig.

Több új kedvenc szereplőm is lett, mint például Galizia és Chloe. Utóbbit az előző részben nem kedveltem annyira.

Na és a VÉGE!!!! Nagyon ütősre sikerült!!! Remélem mihamarabb olvashatom a következő részt!

The story is set in the present time, and we can read it from Emilia's point of view. I have to say this is a perfect introduction of the trilogy. We get to know Emilia's past and origin. It has been slow to start; in the beginning it was difficult to read, I didn't understand what the writer wanted to get out of it. We get a little insight into the dark sides of the royal origin and its dangers. They're under greatly threat because of their bloodline as the example shows. It is interesting that such a person cannot be herself, they cannot see their emotions; just an empty vessel. I agree with Carter; fuck them off.

I could easily identify with the protagonist because we are men of a similar temperament. However, I understood that she had no choice after crossing the gates of the estate. A tragedy and death had to occur in order to be important to her father. On the other hand, her mother's decision is understandable.

We get to know a number of other actors, including Linus, Emilia's father, Octavia, Linus's wife and her children Chloe and Carter. Yeah, Carter. He was an asshole at the beginning, but I found myself liking him. The chemistry between Emilia and him is undeniable; while she is struggling against Carter, he would like to give himself over to her. Due to their origin, their chances are very little. Why? The Crown Princess and her stepbrother? Journalists would be interested to see it, not to mention the society. But I ask you? Who cares? Society doesn't care, if you're happy or not. But, of course, this is my personal opinion.

Can you meet the expectations? What would you do if your life changed from one minute to the next? A glass of champagne and the outcome of events will be inevitable. But are you ready?

Dirty Halo raises a number of questions that I hope everything will be explained in the sequels. Forbidden love, protocol, danger. Your life will change in the blink of a second.

A történetet jelen időben, Emilia szemszögéből olvashatjuk. Azt kell mondanom ez egy tökéletes bevezetése a trilógiának. Megismerjük az alapokat, Emilia múltját, származását. Lassan indult be, az elejét nagyon nehezen olvastam, nem értettem mit szeretne az írónő kihozni belőle. Betekintést kapunk a királyi származás árnyoldalába, veszélyeibe. Könnyen tudtam azonosulni a főszereplővel, mivel hasonló temperamentumúak vagyunk. Azonban én megértettem onnantól kezdve hogy átlépte a birtok kapuit, nem volt választása. Egy tragédia és halál kellett ahhoz hogy 'fontos' legyen saját édesapja számára. Más részről viszont édesanyja döntése is érthető.

Több mellékszereplőt is megismerhetünk, köztük Linus-t Emilia édesapját, Octavia-t aki Linus felesége és gyermekeit Chloe és Carter. Na igen, Carter. Amekkora seggfej az elején annyira kedveltem meg. Emilia és közte tagadhatatlan a vonzalom, míg a lány küzd ellene Carter szeretné átadni magát neki. Azonban származásuknak köszönhetően esélyeik igen csekélyek. Miért? A korona hercegnő és a mostohatestvére? Na arra lennének csak vevők az újságírók, a társadalomról nem is beszélve. De kérdem én? Kit érdekel? A társadalmat nem érdekli te boldog vagy-e vagy sem. De persze ez csak az én egyéni véleményem.

Te meg tudnál felelni az elvárásoknak? Mit tennél ha az életed egyik percről a másikra megváltozna? Egy pohár pezsgő és az események kimenetele elkerülhetetlen lesz. De vajon készen állsz?

A Dirty Halo rengeteg kérdést vet fel, amire remélem a folytatásokban magyarázatot kapunk. Tiltott szerelem, protokoll, veszély. Az életed egy másodperc leforgása alatt megváltozik.

Szeretem Julie Johnson történeteit, de azt hiszem a Faded egy kiemelkedő kedvencem lett. Olvasás közben végig éreztem hogy igen, ezt a könyvet nekem írták.

A cselekmény szépen fokozatosan lett felépítve, főszereplőink nem tapadnak egymásra ész nélkül.

Minden akkor kezdődött mikor Felicity hátrahagyott mindent és útnak indult Nashville városába egy gitárral és táskával a kezében. Már az első pár oldalon utalást érzünk egy háttérben lappangó titokra, de ki tudja mikor tudjuk meg mi az.

Aztán betekintést kapunk egy bárba ami a valaha élt leghíresebb zenészek és énekesek ugródeszkája és mellesleg Felicity új munkahelye, ez lenne a The Nightingale. Pezsgő világával, a legcsodálatosabb dallamokkal és Ryder Woods-al kápráztat el bennünket. Nem túlzok ha azt mondom nem csak pörgettem a lapokat hanem éreztem a zene ritmusát.
Egyébként nagyon érdekes hogy Ryder karaktere olyan mintha megpróbálná másnak mutatni magát mint amilyen. Bunkó embernek gondolja megát, de 1-2 ilyen jelenettel találkoztam csupán az egész könyvben és így bátran kijelenthetem hogy NEM AZ.
Felicity súlyos terhet cipel a hátán ezt az első soroknál is érezhetjük de csak utalásokat kapunk titkára.
Mások talán klisének tartanák főszereplőink első találkozását de szerintem ez így volt rendjén. Elmondhatom hogy rengeteg hasonló témájú, műfajú könyvet olvastam már DE valahogy ez akkor is más volt.
Őket tényleg egymásnak teremtették, de sajnos általában ez túl szép hogy igaz legyen és közbeszól a való világ. Az a hely ahol bizony komoly döntéseket kell hoznunk amelyek nem minden esetben bizonyulnak helyesnek.

A kérdés hogy képesek vagyunk-e meghozni azt a döntés amely számunkra a legjobb?
Meddig van erőnk menekülni a múlt árnyai elől és mikor jön el az idő hogy szembenézzünk velük?

Remélem mihamarabb olvashatom a következő részt is 😊

Utáltam: Adamet, ő annyira bunkó, szerintem egy kisfőnöknek nem kellene ennyire ellengésnek lennie. A másik pedig Lacey, egy cukorkába csomagolt számító nő.

Szerettem: Isaac a bár tulajdonosa, Carly a pincércsaj és persze Felicity és Ryder 😘

I like Julie Johnson's stories, but I think Faded has become my favorite. While I was reading, I felt that this book was written for me.

The plot was built up gradually, the protagonists do not stick to each other without reason.

It all started when Felicity left everything behind and went to Nashville with a guitar and a bag in his hand.

On the first couple of page we feel that there is a latent secret in the background, but who knows when do we get to know what actually it is?

Then we get an insight at a bar which was the springboard of the most famous musicians and singers who ever lived, and now by the way it is Felicity's new workplace; this would be The Nightingale. We are dazzled by the bustling life, the most amazing melodies and Ryder Woods. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I’m not only turning the pages, but also I can feel the rhythm of the music.

And, by the way, I find it very interesting that Ryder's character seems like he pretend to be other than he is. He thinks of himself as a jerk, but apart from one or two scenes in the whole book, I can frankly declare that HE IS NOT.

Felicity is carrying a heavy load on her back, we can feel this from the first lines, but we only get references to her secret.

Others might think the first encounter of our protagonists is a cliché, but as for me that was okay.

I can say that I have read a lot of books of that kind, but it was different.

They were really made for each other, but unfortunately it is usually too good to be true, and the real world intervenes. This is the place where we have to make serious decisions that are not always correct.

The question is whether we would be able to make the decision which would be the best for us.

I hope I can read the next part as soon as possible.

I hate: Adam, he is so jerk, I think he should not be so hostile. The other is Lacey, a calculating woman in disguise.

I love: Isaac, the owner of the bar, Carly, the waitress, and of course Felicity and Ryder.

Julie Johnson, úristen mit hagytam ki azzal hogy eddig nem olvastam tőled. A főhősök első találkozása valami eszméletlenre sikerült. Megmosolyogtattál. A balesetet és a helyszíneket olyan gyönyörűen fogalmaztad meg hogy úgy éreztem én is ott vagyok, zuhanok majd kétségbeesek, később pedig éreztem a kavicsokat a talpam alatt és a nap melegítő sugarait az arcomon.

Violet Anderson úgy dönt hogy egy kis időre hátrahagyja eddigi életét és 3 hónapra bébiszitternek áll egy gazdag család kislánya mellé. Ezen az úton találkozik egy beképzelt fényképésszel.

Beck-et rendkívül bosszantotta Violet, tudta hogy a lánnyal való találkozás porrá fogja zúzni, ledönti a gondosan felépített falat amit maga köré emelt.

Csakhogy egyikük sem gondolta volna hogy egy repülőút gyökerestől megváltoztatja életüket. Egy borzalmas szerencsétlenség. Rengeteg villám, vihar, turbulencia.

A jövőben igyekszem minél többet olvasni az írónőtől, annyira egyedi írásmódja van, kár lenne kihagyni.

Julie Johnson, oh my God! How could I missed to reading from You!? The first encounter of heroes was unconscious. You made me smile. You described as expressively the accident and the sites so I felt like I was there, I hurtled down and my heart sank. Then I felt the pebbles under my feet and the radiant rays of sun on my face.

Violet Anderson decides to leave behind her life until now and she will be a baysitter of a riche man's little daughter for three months. In this connection she meets with a swell-headed photographer.

Beck was irritated by Violet, he knew that meeting with her would crush him and would cut down the walls what he has build around himself. But none of them would have thought that a flight would radically change their lives. A terrible misfortune. A lot of lightnings, storm and turbulence...

In the future, I will try to read more from Julie Johnson because her style is so unique. It would be a pity to miss it!
