(July 15th) I started to read it yesterday and finished yesterday as well. I've read from Monica before, but this book is completely different! There are maybe 4-5 books in your whole life that have such an impact on you and Things I Wanted To Say (But Never Did) exactly one of these. This one became my ever favorite!
(July 16th) I'm sitting and writing this review now 9 a.m. CEST and I FEEL EVERYTHING, IT'S TOO MUCH, TOO HARD TO NOT FEEL IT! I read this book in just eight hours. I just can't let go of the characters. I CAN'T! I was impressed by the atmosphere of the story in the first few chapters. It feels like something's pressing hard on your chest. It's good, painful but good.
Whit, my new favorite dirty talking, coldest and hottest ever alpha asshole. Oh my goddaammmmmm. I'm ADDICTED to WHIT!
He did everything he could to make Summer feel like nothing. In the meantime, he felt everything for her.
Summer was an amazing heroine, she didn't react for Whit's interactions, just laying and pretend like she didn't care. How well she did!
I loved watching their relationship evolve from hate to something completely different. The right word for it is obsession. That kind of obsession slowly turning into love. This type of psychical connection is totally killing me! When everything starts with touches, kisses, some dark and kinky things in the bedroom then it transforms and become star-crossing love. It's very rare, it's threatening my mind and soul.
That's exactly what I'm looking for romance books. I'll re-read it soon!!!
