Sziasztok!
Megérkeztem Sarah Brianne Made Men sorozatának 2. részével. Sajnálom hogy ilyen sokáig tartott elolvasnom, de rengeteg határidős olvasnivalóm volt ebben a hónapban.
Remélem a sorozat első része után nem is kell mondanom hogy a 2. rész is elcsent egy darabot a szívemből.

Lake és Vincent története több szempontból is más mint Elle és Nero-é, nincsenek klisés iskolai konfliktusok helyette nagyképű és beképzelt mostohatesót kaptunk egy szemétláda mostohaapával.
A normális "szerető" család kimerül egy szerencsejátékfüggő édesapában, édesanyja pedig említésre sem méltó. Soha nem tudtam megérteni azokat a nőket és férfiakat akiknek egy újonnan jött szerelem /házasság többet jelent a saját tulajdon gyermeküknél.
Vincent családjáról sajnos nem sokat tudhatunk meg, de talán majd később. ;) Az első részből kiindulva egy másodpercig sem hittem volna hogy a fiú képes lenne megállapodni egy nő mellett, de persze megint tévedtem.
Szurkálódásaik nagyon szórakoztatóak voltak, megkedveltem Lake-t igazi belevaló csaj aki a fent említett családjáért bármire képes. Bár azok nem feltétlenül érdemlik meg.
Hogyan lesz a szoknyapecér fiúból egy törődő, gyengéd szerető férfi? Olvasd el és te is megtudod!
Lake and Vincent's story is different from Elle and Nero’s for a number of reasons. Instead of clichéd school conflicts, we get a bumptious and conceited stepdaughter with a dishonorable stepfather.
The normal ”loving” family only consists of a gambling addicted father; the mother is not even worth mentioning. I could never understand those women and men for whom a new marriage means more than their own child.
Unfortunately, we don't know much about Vincent’s family, maybe later. After the first part, I really thought the boy would be able to agree with a woman, but it seems I was wrong again.
Their constant quarrels were very funny; I loved Lake. She is a real cool girl, who can do anything for her family. But they don't deserve her.
How will a womanizer become a gentle, caring and loving man? Read it and you'll see.
